Jose Victor has been a part of the Illusion Technical Department since 2013. Jose Victor is a Lutron Automation Systems Installation Technician, installing audio-video and lighting systems.
His professional career started with ‘Dragados and Construcciones’, where he started as an intern.
He soon after completed an Electrician Diploma course. Following this, he started working in a small electrical company, carrying out small businesses and home installations.
From there, he went on to the ‘Rayet’ group where he started as a Maintenance Technician until he was awarded an internal promotion for the group’s hotel installation maintenance. Here, he specialised in the installation and implementation of sets of water pressurisation and treatments.
Subsequently, he created his own maintenance company but closed after three years due to the financial crisis. He finally went on to the ‘Supera Sport’ group as a Maintenance Manager.
He considers that he has continued to grow professionally and personally during the past years, having started as an intern and currently holding the position of Senior Technician.
He outlines that he invests himself onto his colleagues and that he endeavours to instil the importance of camaraderie, to the best of his capacity, to the new components of the Illusion family.
