Epic Marbella is a magnificent development of luxury homes developed by Sierra Blanca Estates, with renowned collaborators such as Fendi Casa, who have undertaken the interior design project, and the architect Teodoro Cabrilla.
On this occasion Illusion has participated with the design of an integral lighting, audio-video and control project, paying great attention to detail and facilitating the use of the system, with the aim of improving the user experience.
The lighting stands out for its high quality, betting on top-level brands such as Delta Light, a leading Belgian company in the architectural lighting sector. The choice of a warm light temperature and the use of indirect lighting provide a comfortable and pleasant environment that invites to rest.
In a project where finishes are so important, we decided to bet on the aesthetic elements of Lutron Palladiom to allow the control of the main installations of the house (lighting, audio or temperature), and always with the possibility of adding the control of other systems in the future. The design and materials of the Palladiom range combine perfectly with the environments designed by Fendi Casa, blending with the spaces without losing their visibility.
The show apartment features an audio system made up of discreet Sonance in-ceiling speakers, as well as a cinema room, equipped with Linn speakers, and televisions in the living rooms and bedrooms. The rest of the apartments in the promotion have the necessary pre-installations to reproduce the same audio-video system, or to create a completely personalized one adapted to the tastes and needs of the client.
