What properties have you been constructing this year?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Atlas Group has seen an increase in demand for a new build home or to renovate a property over the three-million-euro mark.”<\/em><\/p>\n

“Atlas has seen an increase in developers seeking multiple projects, for example we have a project of three luxury villas in El Madro\u00f1al and another three in Los Flamingos, which shows that there is demand and positive movement in the real estate market.”<\/em><\/p>\n

“Clients and property developers alike are building with all the luxury amenities, such as a cinema room and entertainment facilities, home spas, private swimming pools and high-quality home automation and security systems.”<\/em><\/p>\n

What are people seeking in a home, since this period of lockdown?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The period of lockdown perhaps fuelled people\u2019s desires to have perfection in their home, and by this we mean the best quality appliances in the kitchen, technology that provides practical solutions for home security, lighting and more\u2026.”<\/em><\/p>\n

“There is also demand for solutions in support of a lifestyle; a dedicated place to run a business from home, guest or staff quarters and home gyms are also more and more popular.”<\/em><\/p>\n

How can a home builder provide these solutions and what should someone look for when seeking a construction company? <\/strong><\/p>\n

“For those looking for a construction company to build a luxury property here in the Marbella area, it is vital that you seek a company with a reliable track record and dedication to high standards. Check their portfolio of completed projects, so that you can be sure projects were finished and to high standards. “Properties that are \u201cmove-in ready\u201d will continue to be in demand \u2013 homes that are completed with beautiful interior design, the swimming pool ready to jump into and a manicured garden so that all the new homeowner needs to do is arrive with a suitcase.”<\/em><\/p>\n
