That is why learning to communicate intelligently will help us to empower ourselves in our well-being day to day and, ultimately, to improve in any area of \u200b\u200bour lives.<\/p>\n
At Illusion, we consider that it is a fundamental part of the personal and professional growth of the team, which is why we have embarked on having a \u2018Communication Training\u2019 at the Campanario Golf & Country Club, an inspiring environment with a beautiful view in the background.<\/p>\n
Thanks to this training, we have been able to understand the basis of brain function (limbic system), which regulates our reaction to external stimuli, and how the brain interprets these stimuli, generating feelings of threat or calm, which are translated into actions that promote withdrawal or an approach in relation to the person in front of us. Thus, by raising our consciousness, we are able to better understand ourselves and those around us, becoming more empathetic and compassionate. Practicing active listening and expressing ourselves authentically and with integrity are part of those exercises that strengthen the sense of team as a unit, reaching conclusions and commitments quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n
