Desirée has been part of the Illusion team since May 2025 as a Digital Experience Specialist, a role focused on improving and optimizing the team’s internal digital experience.
She has a background in cross-platform application development, complemented by knowledge in data analysis, artificial intelligence and digital environments. Before joining Illusion, she built her professional career at a company specialized in process automation and digital services, where she was involved in development projects, technical management and client support.
At Illusion, she is responsible for driving and maintaining internal digital environments, contributing to process optimization, task automation and support for the technological tools used by the team on a daily basis. Her work helps ensure that processes are more efficient, clear and aligned with the company’s way of working.
She particularly values the positive work environment, strong team spirit and commitment to excellence that define Illusion. She describes herself as a resourceful and communicative person, with a proactive attitude and a strong focus on providing solutions that make the team’s work easier.
