We are pleased to announce our participation in the prestigious Ayana Estepona project , a high-end residential development promoted by Merlin Real Estates, which is setting a new benchmark on the Costa del Sol.

With 140 apartments spread across 14 blocks within a gated community, this project has been designed by the iconic architectural studio Villarroel Torrico .

The Ayana Estepona project spans 27,000 m² of tropical gardens, reflecting Villarroel Torrico’s design philosophy, which seeks a harmonious connection between man and nature. This comprehensive design approach is based on a deep respect for nature and local traditions, creating an environment where architecture and landscape merge organically. In addition, Gunni & Trentino ’s inspiring interiors bring a touch of elegance and sophistication to each space.

Our Technological Contribution

At Illusion we try to anticipate the technological needs of residents. We have implemented the Lutron system, which allows easy control of lighting and temperature from a single application, facilitating intuitive and personalized management. In the main area, we have installed the Lutron Lutron Palladiom keypad, which stands out for its elegant aesthetics and the ease of customizing functions according to the needs of each space.

This control extends to the rest of the home with the versatile keypads of the Lutron Pico series, which guarantee a coherent and fluid user experience throughout the residence. In addition, each apartment is equipped with Airzone thermostats, integrated into the Lutron intelligent system, ensuring simple and efficient climate control in every space.

Pre-installations for optimal customization

We understand that every homeowner has their own needs, so we have developed a series of pre-installations that allow for easy customization with minimal intervention. Residents will be able to choose from a variety of technological options for audio systems, automated blinds and curtains, and expanded network coverage, with the possibility of receiving personalized advice at our Experience Center, where they can explore and customize their facilities according to their preferences.
