Villa in La Cerquilla

Developed by the teams of Tobal Arquitectos and the construction company Bonifacio Solís, we discover a beautiful villa located in La Cerquilla, Marbella. A spacious, cozy interior environment with a touch of refinement is the result of an architecture with large windows that allow natural light to flood every corner, creating a warm atmosphere and in connection with the environment thanks to the panoramic views.

The Illusion team has played an important role by integrating a sophisticated lighting and climate control system from the prestigious Lutron brand into the lighting design. This system allows precise and convenient control of lights and temperature throughout the home. Aesthetic elements such as keypads and thermostats from the Lutron Palladiom range have been chosen in a black polymer finish, blending perfectly with the design of the home, while contributing to providing an elegant and modern appearance. Buttons and controls are designed to be tactile and easy to use, and are backlit for easy identification in dark environments.

One aspect to highlight of this villa is the care taken to control natural light. Lutron’s motorized shades and blinds not only offer efficient control of the amount of light entering each room, but also integrate harmoniously with the style of the villa, enhancing the aesthetics of each space and creating welcoming environments. The blinds also have a special treatment that blocks heat and reduces thermal radiation, maintaining a cool and comfortable environment. Likewise, these curtains have been installed in a box with a lacquer in a personalized color, enhancing its visual appearance and maintaining harmony with the rest of the house.

As for the audio system, high-quality speakers from Sonance have been integrated, providing a clear and immersive sound experience throughout the house. To complement the listening experience and enhance outdoor spaces,  Architettura Sonora speakers have been chosen for outdoor areas. Its gray cement finish not only fulfills an acoustic function, but also becomes decorative elements that complement the design of the villa.

In specific rooms of the house, a complete audio and video system has been implemented along with professional Sony brand televisions. They stand out for their vibrant image quality, accurate colors and sharp details, delivering an immersive entertainment experience.
