Solvilla and Illusion: An alliance that combines technology and exclusivity on the Golden Mile

In the heart of the Golden Mile, Solvilla has taken the concept of an office to another level. This space not only reflects the prestige of its properties but also redefines what it means to work surrounded by comfort, innovation and design. Illusion had the privilege of being part of this project, providing technological solutions that transform every moment into a unique experience.

From the start, our goal was to design an intuitive and efficient control system. We installed a Lutron control system, equipped with the elegant Palladiom keypads and thermostats, which offer complete control over lighting and climate. The real magic lies in customization: programmed scenes allow you to transform the environment with a simple touch, such as the function that turns off the entire space by holding down a button for a few seconds. In addition, climate programming ensures that the office always welcomes its users with the perfect temperature, redefining comfort and well-being.

Lighting is another of the strong points of this office. The recessed magnetic profiles from Delta Light and the white projectors provide a modern and clean atmosphere. Every detail, from the indirect light to the recessed spotlights, is designed to highlight the architectural lines and generate a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, closer to that of a home than a traditional office.

Visual technology plays a leading role in this project. Samsung screens integrated into the furniture offer extraordinary image quality, ideal for attention-grabbing presentations. In the meeting rooms, Delta Light’s Inform profile, with its matte black and gold finish, provides soft lighting that perfectly complements the functionality of the space, without tiring the eyes.

Security is also up to expectations. The 2N access control system ensures an efficient and exclusive flow from the entrance. Even the exterior details, such as the wall lights on the façade, convey distinction and good taste from the first contact.
