Collaboration with INHABIT was essential to achieving this shared vision. Their architectural sensitivity—contemporary, balanced and refined—provided the perfect framework for us to deploy our work. While they defined the spaces from an aesthetic and conceptual perspective, our team designed and integrated all the technical elements: lighting, control systems, climate control, audio, the electrical infrastructure and the energy management that ensures everything operates with precision, efficiency and discretion.

The technical challenge was significant. This was an existing home with a complex architecture that required meticulous analysis and ongoing coordination with all involved professionals. This rigorous planning ensured that every system worked in harmony, offering the user an intuitive experience where technology is perceived but never overexposed; it is present in the comfort, calm and harmony of the space.

Lighting is one of the guiding elements of Villa Futura. A carefully planned combination of direct, indirect and decorative lighting accompanies the different moments of the day, enhances materials and textures, defines volumes and amplifies the sense of well-being throughout the home. Outdoors, gardens and terraces are wrapped in a soft glow that connects the interior with the surrounding nature. Every luminaire has been selected to balance functionality and aesthetics, reinforcing the project’s warm and contemporary identity.

Comfort is also embedded in the home thanks to the Airzone climate control system, which guarantees efficient and consistent temperature management while remaining discreetly integrated so as not to interfere with the architecture. Sound flows naturally through the property: outdoors, Medium Cylinder speakers by Architettura Sonora blend into the landscape; indoors, Sonance technology ensures a clean, immersive audio experience aligned with the aesthetics of each space.

The electrical and energy infrastructure has been designed with long-term evolution in mind, ensuring the home can adapt and grow over time. The master bedroom incorporates an uncommon solution: a projector concealed within a framed artwork above the headboard and a motorised screen that, at the touch of a button, transforms the room into an intimate entertainment space. The image quality and carefully integrated sound maintain the harmony of the minimalist design. The property also includes a gym, a game room with billiards and darts, recreational areas and a bar.

Aligned with this idea of immersive experiences, the villa also includes a space designed specifically for golf enthusiasts, equipped with a state-of-the-art simulator that recreates each course with striking precision—from terrain texture to distances and playing conditions.
