Villa in Marbesa

We are pleased to present a contemporary design villa that perfectly combines elegance, comfort and state-of-the-art technology. Located in Marbesa, this spectacular property is just a few meters away from the beach and in a privileged location, very close to the center of Marbella and Puerto Banus. The renowned architect Carlos Lamas, in collaboration with the construction company Naxfor, have formed the team of experts in high-end housing construction that have carried out this project.

Thanks to the meticulous work of Illusion’s design team in the lighting project, we have managed to create a space that makes a difference by presenting an ideal atmosphere in every corner, with the combination of direct and indirect lighting to highlight the most remarkable points of the architecture, landscaping and interior design.

Leading brands offering high quality products and excellence in lighting design and technology have been used in this project, such as the Belgian brand Delta Light, for direct lighting, or the Italian brand Flos, used for decorative luminaires. As an example, we find the IC wall and pendant lamps with a blown glass sphere design that magically defies gravity, result of the elegant design that has always characterized the work of the designer Michael Anastassiades. This perfect combination of functionality and aesthetics provides a cozy and warm atmosphere throughout the home.

The automation solutions with Lutron’s Palladiom button panels control lighting in an intuitive and efficient way, with a system capable of programming itself so that the lighting automatically adjusts to different times of the day and activities, creating a pleasant environment while saving energy.

The sound experience has been carefully designed and selected to provide exceptional quality both indoors and outdoors. Inside the home, Sonance speakers have been combined with the Sonos system, allowing music to be selected and synchronized in different rooms in a simple and convenient way. For the outdoor area Bower & Wilkins  loudspeakers offer crystal clear and powerful sound quality.

Movie theaters are an increasingly popular space in modern homes and this villa offers a combination of high-quality audio and sound for a great movie experience. The room is equipped with a 5.2.2 sound system from James and Sonance, which provides an extremely three dimensional audio sensation, immersing the viewer in the film. In addition, Sony’ s high quality laser projector allows you to enjoy a sharp, true-to-detail image.
