A home that exudes technology and well-being in Sierra Blanca

From the very first lines of the project, we knew we were facing a unique opportunity: a newly built home in Sierra Blanca, designed by architect Carlos Lamas, where technology needed to be integrated elegantly, intuitively, and without interfering with the architecture. The owners, a Belgian family determined to live in Marbella, were very clear about what they were looking for: comfort, simplicity, and a polished aesthetic.

We designed a technological concept that would keep pace with their daily routine, combining lighting, climate control, motorized blinds, audio, and access control, all managed from Lutron Palladiom push buttons and a highly intuitive mobile app. Preset scenes—such as ” Welcome” or “Night”—allow you to transform your home’s atmosphere in seconds, adapting to the moment without complications.

The lighting, designed entirely by our team, plays a central role. We used Delta Light fixtures to create layers of functional and decorative light, enhancing volumes and textures without losing warmth. Outside, discreet spotlights subtly illuminate the garden and architecture. The entire system is orchestrated by Lutron, allowing for smooth transitions and automatic scheduling based on time or presence.

We also integrated the Airzone climate control system, connected to Lutron, allowing temperature and lighting to work in harmony in an intelligent and efficient way. The result is a home that adapts to its inhabitants, without having to think about it.

As for the sound, we opted for a discreet yet powerful solution. Inside, we installed Sonance built-in speakers. They offer an immersive experience without compromising the aesthetics. In the garden, the Arhcitettura Sonora speakers, finished in white concrete, blend in with the surroundings and deliver clear, immersive sound for any outdoor gathering.

Every element was carefully selected and customized: from the Lutron Alena QS motorized shades, with coordinating fabrics throughout the home, to the button finishes—black or white depending on their location—designed to blend seamlessly with the interiors. The central rack, installed on the ground floor, organizes all the systems with a professional structure that’s ready to expand if needs change in the future.

To complete the access system, we installed a 2N video intercom, allowing homeowners to manage visits safely and conveniently from their smartphones or from inside the home. A robust device, aesthetically integrated into the main entrance, provides peace of mind without disrupting the design.

This house is not only ready for the present, but also for whatever comes next. A home that flows naturally, where technology becomes a silent ally in the service of comfort, design, and well-being.
