Following the success of the initial project for Drumelia, one of the most renowned real estate agencies on the Costa del Sol, we have undertaken the expansion of its offices in Marbella. A project that required something especially precise: ensuring continuity of an established concept, so that each new space integrates with the same naturalness, quality, and level of detail.

At Drumelia, space is much more than a working environment: it is a strategic tool to convey trust, positioning, and excellence in every client interaction. For this reason, each decision responds both to technical and aesthetic criteria, as well as to how the brand is perceived.

Our approach to commercial spaces is based on a deep understanding of real use: from the welcome experience to meeting development and internal team dynamics. This global vision allows us to design environments where each area fulfills a clear function within the business.

At Illusion, this second phase is conceived as an exercise in total integration. Lighting, control, climate, sound, networks, and electrical infrastructure are coordinated as a single system, ensuring a coherent experience throughout the entire space.

The lighting, developed with Delta Light, supports daily activity while generating a balanced and comfortable atmosphere. A key element both for team wellbeing and for projecting a refined image aligned with the brand’s level.

The control system, with Lutron, allows intuitive management of the space, facilitating daily use and ensuring that each environment responds immediately to the needs of the moment.

Thermal comfort, managed through Airzone, adapts to different usage dynamics, providing a stable and pleasant environment throughout the day.

Sound has been designed specifically for each area. In client-facing spaces, Celestial speakers by Bang & Olufsen provide a more immersive experience, while in work areas, solutions by Sonance operate discreetly, supporting concentration.

Meeting rooms, equipped with Poly videoconferencing systems, are prepared to offer smooth and professional communication, aligned with the image Drumelia projects in every interaction.

In this phase, we have also developed the complete electrical installation, one of the pillars of our service. Integrating this layer within a unified project approach allows us to align all decisions from the outset, facilitating coordination between systems and achieving a more precise and coherent execution across the entire space. For this purpose, solutions by Schneider Electric have been used for electrical panels and protections, providing a solid and well-resolved foundation for the project’s infrastructure.

The network infrastructure and coverage have been designed to offer stable and continuous connectivity throughout the space, an essential aspect in an environment where agility and communication are part of everyday operations.

Elements such as motorized systems by Future Automation, which allow screens to be hidden when not in use, reinforce a clean and refined aesthetic, where technology supports without imposing.

This project reflects how a well-managed space can become a direct extension of the brand. A coherent, comfortable, and well-resolved environment allows the team to work more fluidly and project a strong, consistent image aligned with its positioning.
