Norma Franck Offices at The Golden Mile

We have recently had the pleasure of collaborating on a spectacular project: the new offices of Norma Franck located on The Golden Mile, a prominent international company with a strong presence in the Marbella real estate sector.

As we go through this project, we have put our expertise at the service of the members of the Norma Franck team to increase their comfort and contribute to generating a space in harmony with the neutral tones and natural materials used. A feeling of peace that is breathed in as soon as you enter.

The selection of elegant aesthetic elements, such as the Lutron button panels in their Palladiom and Pico Series models, with a personalized engraving, represent scenes that call to action according to the use given to the space, in a simple and intuitive way.

Through the control system Lutron we achieve maximum use of the advantages offered by lighting and air conditioning systems. In this way we manage to generate scenes that adapt to the possible uses of the different rooms.

Setting schedules allows automatic lighting scenes to be established that enhance spaces during the day and night. For its part, the layout of the control system also allows us to adapt the air conditioning to the needs, so that, for example, when the members of Norma Franck arrive first thing in the morning, the space has an optimal temperature.

Lutron’s Alena motorized track system, with its ultra-quiet technology, allows you to regulate natural light both by manual activation and from multiple locations.

In this same room, the Clevertouch interactive screen adds dynamism to presentations. With its video conferencing system integrated by the Poly bar, hybrid meetings become fluid and collaborative experiences, where remote participants feel as involved as those physically present. Additionally, the versatility of this configuration allows for an easy adaptation to the changing needs of the company, providing a modern and efficient work environment.

From Norma Franck they conveyed to us the importance of having surround sound that accompanies when moving through the open spaces of their new offices, as well as having equipment in the lobby area designed to meet the demands of special events and activities. To achieve this, we have distributed discreet Sonance ceiling speakers throughout the different spaces of the Norma Frank offices, with a special configuration in the lobby area that guarantees a vibrant and exceptional acoustic experience.

Our team is pleased to have collaborated in creating a contemporary and efficient work environment in the newly opened Norma Frank offices.
