The Velaya development, carried out by the promoters Stoneweg and Jamsa, is located on the beachfront of the Costa del Sol. In this enviable location, 38 luxurious homes of different types have been built, to be able to enjoy Estepona and nature by itself.
From Illusion we have had the opportunity to collaborate with them to draft and execute the lighting and control project for the homes, with the aim of creating a home that adapts to future owners, where it is possible to expand the control system and add new items easily.
The role of indirect lighting in this project is fundamental, with warm lighting that invites you to rest in all rooms, and direct lighting that complements the previous one and provides the necessary level of light wherever it is required.
The main areas, depending on the type of home, are equipped with Lutron Palladiom keypads or Lutron Pico wireless keyboards. Both solutions allow the user to automate certain routines or activate actions, from an elegant and intuitive button or from voice assistants such as Google Home, Apple Home kit or Amazon Echo.
Finally, both the audio system and the control of natural light are pre-installed in all rooms, so that the future client can decide with peace of mind what his preferences are in this regard, and add the desired equipment without the need for works.
