Villa en Marbella

Spectacular villa located in a luxury urbanization in Marbella, just ten minutes from Puerto Banús. This house has been designed by the architecture studio 969, headed up by Fernando Pérez del Pulgar and its interior design has been carried out by the J.A. Flores studio.

Illusion has participated from the ideas phase to the execution phase, contributing our experience and knowledge in the fields of lighting, audio-video and control, with the aim of satisfying the needs of a family with children, with different hobbies and ways of spending your free time.

Among the most unique spaces that make up the house, we find a home cinema, a gym, a dance studio, games rooms and a tennis court. All these rooms were carefully designed to meet the requirements of their intended activities, including adequate and adjustable lighting, and audio-video systems of exceptional quality, from the Danish firm Bang & Olufsen.

Leading brands in their sector have been used in this project, such as Delta Light, Occhio, Aldabra, Lutron, Crestron and Tweener, guaranteeing the highest quality and performance to achieve the best result.

Among other solutions, we have applied the Delta Light magnetic profiles that have allowed us to create, in the main dressing room, a design rich in lighting effects, while maintaining the aesthetics of the installed elements, and with a colour rendering very similar to that of natural sunlight, thanks to which colours are faithfully reflected.

Outside, the Femtoline profiles, also from Delta Light, have managed to perfectly frame the architectural forms, generating a significant visual impact on the façade. On the other hand, the Gregg family of products, by Foscarini, generate a beautiful light and sculptural effect in the garden areas of the house.

Regarding the lighting of the tennis court, we have trusted Tweener, a company dedicated to lighting stadiums and other sports facilities, to achieve optimal lighting, worthy of a professional tennis court.

Lutron Palladiom control pads have been carefully selected, in collaboration with the interior design studio, so that their finishes blend in with the decoration of each room. From the intuitive backlit buttons, it is possible to operate both lighting ambience and other audio installations and motorized curtains. In this way we greatly facilitate the daily life of users. In the bathrooms, corridors and stairs we have installed sensors that will gradually activate the desired lighting levels when movement is detected.

Lutron-controlled Venetian blinds have been installed in the master bedroom and bathrooms, a solution that offers completely customized control of natural light. Thanks to this technology we gain comfort, save energy and protect furniture from the sun’s rays.

The home cinema has been designed entirely by Illusion, from the audio-video equipment to the interior design. To ensure the highest technical quality, we have carried out an acoustic study of the place, proposing finishes with the ideal acoustic solution. The Sony projector offers higher image quality and less maintenance, thanks to its laser technology. For less visual impact, we have hidden it in the next room, giving all the prominence to the starry sky that we have installed on the ceiling and to the backlit panels with lights that change colour in a completely customizable way. Our goal is to ensure that clients enjoy the cinema experience from the comfort of their own home.
