Villa en Marbesa

Magnificent villa located in the urbanization of Marbesa, a few meters from the beach and very close to the center of Marbella and Puerto Banús. The project has been undertaken by the study of the renowned architect Carlos Lamas, and has been developed by the construction company Atlas Group, a company with a great background in the luxury residential sector.

Illusion has worked to develop and execute the lighting project, with high quality products and well-known brands such as Delta Light. Indirect light plays a vital role in creating cozy environments, perfect for relaxation and rest.

Thanks to the Lutron control system, scenes have been created that combine different lights and intensities, with the aim of creating the ideal environment for any activity that may take place in each room. And for greater comfort, the motion sensors located in the transit areas will activate the desired lighting, gradually and elegantly, without the need to press buttons as they pass.

When it comes to daylight control, Lutron’s Alena track system has been relied on. The curtains can be opened, closed or stopped midway to obtain the desired amount of light or more privacy, at the push of a button or simply by gently pulling the fabric to actuate the movement.

Finally, the multipurpose room located in the basement is equipped with all the necessary pre-installations to become a cinema room or a room to enjoy television or music, without the need to carry out works for it.
