This villa is located in the prestigious urbanization of Lomas de Casasola, in the heart of the Guadalmina Baja area, the result of a project developed by the 969Arquitectos studio for a family with a great affinity for sports and nature.
It is a unique villa that makes use of natural materials and pure forms in order to create an oasis of peace and relaxation for its owners, which has earned the architecture studio the jury’s mention at the 2022 Malaga Architecture Awards.
The lighting concept developed by Illusion is based on the use of indirect light, with the aim of framing details of interior design and architecture and to achieve a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to a warm light temperature and a high level of visual comfort.
Lutron Palladiom control elements have been carefully selected, in collaboration with the JA Flores interior design studio, so that their finishes combine perfectly with the decoration project. From the intuitive backlit buttons, it is possible to control lighting scenes as well as audio installations and motorized curtains.
The villa is fully equipped with audio systems that guarantee the enjoyment of music in every corner, both inside and on the spectacular outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. For this, discreet ceiling speakers from the Sonance brand have been installed, offering great sound quality without altering the aesthetics of the rooms.
