We are pleased to present this exceptional villa located in the province of Cádiz, which showcases a perfect harmony between design and technological innovation. More than just a home, this project has been conceived as a luxury refuge for its owners, combining natural materials as part of its stunning architecture. Every corner of this home has been designed by the INHABIT team, which, in collaboration with the Illusion team, has successfully created an environment where aesthetics and functionality are in exquisite balance.

Our team has played a comprehensive role, contributing our knowledge and experience in the design and execution of the villa’s lighting, audio-video, control system and electrical installations. This has enhanced the execution process and delivered a result of the highest standard, ensuring that each component is designed according to the needs of each room. This dedication to precision and quality is what sets this villa apart as a home where advanced technology and innovative design come together to create an unparalleled living experience.

One of the highlights is the careful selection of luminaires from the well-known Belgian brand Delta Light, designed to satisfy the highest demands. The focus was not only on visual comfort but also the integration of each element with the interior design. Our design team paid special attention to the color choice of the luminaires, using specific RAL tones (a code that defines a color by a set of digits) to maintain aesthetic coherence throughout the space. This meticulous approach ensures not only that the light highlights every detail, but also plays with light and shadow to accentuate the various textures and materials used. The stone and wood walls, characteristic of this project, gain a distinctive character by the lighting effects and the warmth of the light, creating an atmosphere that envelops and captivates.

Technology plays a fundamental role in this villa, and at Illusion we have been responsible for designing and implementing a home automation system that allows intuitive control of all the facilities. Using Lutron‘s advanced system, residents can easily adjust interior and exterior lighting, sound in the various spaces and room temperature, as well as the management of curtains and blinds. Each Palladiom keypad has been carefully personalized, adapting to the specific needs of each space and the exclusive preferences of customers, to achieve a tailored user experience. On this occasion, our team opted for the black finish to provide character and elegance.

For their part, the blinds have been made with natural fabrics, carefully selected to complement the style of the home. Lutron offers a wide range of fabric options to suit various preferences. Thanks to the translucent fabric we provide privacy and comfort while maintaining luminosity, and we ensure that natural light is managed optimally.

To guarantee an exceptional acoustic experience in outdoor spaces, Medium Cylinder model speakers from  Architettura Sonora have been installed. These speakers not only stand out for their sound quality, but also for their elegant design in gray cement and black aluminum that integrates perfectly with the natural environment of the villa. The music flows harmoniously throughout the gardens and terraces, offering a continuous and enveloping sound that accompanies every moment outdoors, without compromising the exterior aesthetics.
