Impressive luxury villa in La Zagaleta. This house, which was originally a traditional style house, has been renovated and now appears in an elegant contemporary style. In this project we have used luminaires mainly from the Belgian firm Deltalight to create warm and comfortable environments. Thanks to Lutron’s lighting control system we can create different scenes according to each area of the house. The outdoor lighting project includes a beach-shaped pool illuminated by a linear submersible LED system and adaptable to curved surfaces. The house has a multi-room audio and video system. Thanks to the programming of Crestron that has been specially designed for this house we can control blinds, curtains, air conditioning, alarm … In addition we can also control the temperature of the pool water, the jet for swimming against current and the expulsion of bubbles. A house to enjoy in all its dimensions.
