Impressive villa located in the urbanization of Aloha, Marbella, for which the architect Carlos Lamas has developed a housing project that has great detail.
The lighting concept makes use of indirect light, hidden in architectural details, achieving a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a high level of visual comfort. As for direct lighting, it has been done with Delta Light brand products. Particularly noteworthy is the profile of the Femtoline family that has been installed on the façade with the intention of framing the architecture of the villa.
The speakers present in the main areas of the house are from the Sonance brand. The selected model integrates perfectly with the architecture, giving prominence to its incredible sound quality.
Home systems can be controlled in a very intuitive way, thanks to Lutron Pico wireless keyboards. And thanks to its technology, it is possible to add more buttons without the need to carry out works, in order to adapt the home to the needs of its future owner.
The climate is easily regulated thanks to the elegant Airzone thermostats, fully integrable with the Lutron system, avoiding the use of different applications and simplifying home control.
