This residence, the work of the renowned architect Alberto Rodríguez, embodies the perfect combination of elegance, comfort and cutting-edge technology. In an exciting project in which we have worked closely with the clients and the architecture studio to develop a lighting, control and audio proposal that enhances the beauty and functionality of this exceptional home.
Located in a privileged enclave of Marbella, Villa Zarina is much more than a house, it is a reflection of the passion for design and architecture of its owners. Every detail has been meticulously thought through to create a home that inspires and fascinates in equal measure.
The careful selection of Delta Light brand products has allowed us to create a captivating environment in every corner of the home. Combining direct and indirect lighting, we have highlighted the most outstanding aspects of architecture, landscaping and decoration, creating a play of light and shadow that enhances the beauty of the spaces.
To guarantee intuitive control of all installations, we have integrated the Lutron system, which allows us to set scenes and activate them from an elegant keypad. With this technology, homeowners can adjust lighting to their preferences and schedule it to accommodate different times of day and activities. This fusion of functionality and aesthetics creates a cozy and pleasant environment while maximizing energy savings.
The audio system has also been carefully designed to offer exceptional quality both inside and out. Sonance speakers have been used in combination with the Sonos system to provide synchronized music in different rooms. Outdoors, meanwhile, the Garden Series family of speakers blends in with garden foliage, delivering powerful, crystal-clear sound that creates the perfect ambience for outdoor entertaining.
Lastly, as movie lovers, the owners wanted to enjoy an exceptional movie experience in the comfort of their own home. To do this, we have equipped the cinema with a Dolby Atmos audio system from the brands James and Sonance, which immerses viewers in high-quality surround sound. Sony’s laser projector guarantees a sharp and precise image, completing the living experience.
