The design department is responsible for the creation of lighting and control projects from start to finish. It is a complex process in which many aspects must be taken care of, such as aesthetics and technical limitations, and ensuring the user experience and quality standards set by Illusion.
Beginning with the creative phase, the members of this department choose the lighting concept for each project and the products that will be used in it. It is your job to be up-to-date on all market developments and maintain communication with the customer, in order to offer the best options available in each situation. Likewise, they are responsible for the creation of budgets and presentations. Once the project has been approved, they draw up the technical plans, detailing all the characteristics of the luminaires and their form of installation.
This step is essential for the technical department to carry out the project on site. In the execution phase, they do not disassociate themselves from the project, but carry out an exhaustive follow-up of all the modifications, in order to adapt the project to the new needs. This would not be possible without the collaboration of the project management department, whose members visit the work constantly and keep the design department informed. The department is composed of María, Yulia, Cristina, Melanie, Antonio and Enrique.
