Renovation of a charming villa in an enviable location, on the beachfront and only five minutes away from the centre of Marbella.

The client entrusted us to design the lighting, which is both architectural and decorative, as well as its control system.

Using brands such as Deltalight, Occhio and Flos has resulted in a high quality design able to meet the most demanding needs.

Several pieces of the Mito de Occhio family have been placed in the living room. Thanks to the “color tune” technology from this German brand, which allows us to change the temperature of the light with a simple hand gesture, we have created a versatile environment that can become the perfect place to relax or a workplace which facilitates concentration.

Thanks to the control provided by the Lutron system, and to the technology of its Palladiom keypads, we have created an ambience that adapts to the lifestyle of the client and their family. It also integrates the control of the motorized curtains for greater convenience.

Airzone, one of our regular brands when it comes to controlling the room temperature, allows us to manage the temperature from the Lutron app.  This way, the control of the whole home is carried out from the same platform, greatly facilitating the task.
