Villa located in the Urbanization of La Panera, in the town of Estepona. The architect in charge of this very special project is Carlos Lamas, who has more than 30 years of experience in his field.
In this project, Illusion has installed a completely wireless control system, with keyboards from the Lutron Pico family. This has made it easier to put together the electrical installation without losing any performance. The system integrates control of both natural and artificial lighting, as well as the audio system – all from the same keypads.

In this project, Illusion has installed a completely wireless control system, with keyboards from the Lutron Pico family. This has made it easier to put together the electrical installation without losing any performance. The system integrates control of both natural and artificial lighting, as well as the audio system – all from the same keypads.
As for lighting, products of the highest quality have been chosen, from the Occhio and Delta Light brands. On the dining room table, two pendants of the Mito Suspect family have been installed, which regulate in intensity and temperature with a simple gesture of the hand, easily changing the ambience.
The Airzone thermostats, with finishes that match the Lutron elements, allow for easy and intuitive climate control. Thanks to the integration with the overall system, it is possible to regulate all the climate functions from the same Lutron application that is used for other installations.
Sonance brand speakers with square grilles have been installed in the main areas, perfectly combining with the ceiling lighting of the same shape. In this way, they are hidden in the ceiling, filling the space with spectacular sound with minimal visual impact.
