A magnificent villa located in Las Chapas, Marbella. The house is fully equipped with a lighting, control and audio-video system.
The lighting used in the project belongs to the Belgian Deltalight brand, which has earned its place as one of the most important firms due to its quality and design. What is more, natural light is managed through the use of silent motorised Lutron blinds. Our aim throughout has been to create a warm and comfortable ambiance which allows our home-owners to fully enjoy the property.
All of these systems can be comfortably managed through the pushbutton panel or through an intuitive, user friendly, Ipad/Iphone app. This technology also allows us to create different lighting scenes that adapt to the different areas of the house and the different situations which may arise in each room. There is also acclimatization and access control for the property integrated within the system.
