A Versatile and Comfortable Workspace in Martech Offices

The trend towards caring for work spaces to offer a high degree of versatility, well-being and comfort becomes more evident every day. Proof of this is the Martech Offices project, where adequate lighting and the needs to implement automation and audio-video solutions have outlined the initial demands. lllusion has had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the architecture studio Inhabit to create this space, whose experience and vision have allowed us to thoroughly understand the needs of the project, with personalized and highly suitable solutions for its various uses.

The space is divided into different zones, with a coworking area designed to meet today’s changing work needs, a large conference room, the reception, two meeting rooms and individual offices. Each area offers flexibility and comfort for those seeking a dynamic and versatile environment.

The main challenge was to achieve a balance between functionality and aesthetics in the workspace. Adequate lighting was essential to create a welcoming environment conducive to concentration. Thanks to the Lutron Control System, which allows combining Palladiom and Picos keypads, users can personalize their environment simply by pressing a button. The various lighting scenes have been designed to adapt to different situations and make your daily life easier.

The combination of direct and indirect lighting integrated into the construction details and furniture creates a pleasant, warm and highly functional environment. A distinctive touch of these offices is the lighting in the form of flexible LED tubes, capable of creating organic shapes that intertwine perfectly with the decorative style. The result is a symphony of light and design that captivates throughout its passage through the rooms.

For the individual offices, a system of hanging profiles with a low level of glare has been chosen to help maximize user comfort.

The main meeting room has been fitted with a video conferencing system consisting of a Clever Touch interactive monitor and a Poly Studio camera with group framing and automatic tracking functions of the active speaker. These devices have transformed the way we interact with the screen, since applications and content can be navigated with natural and simple gestures. Thanks to its touch technology, where you can draw and write effortlessly, meetings with clients are much more fluid. But these attributes not only respond to functional needs, but also have an elegant design that complements the style of the decoration.

On the other hand, the integrated sound system is a true delight for the senses. The Sonance suspended speakers in an elegant black color offer exceptional sound quality, while their discreet presence enriches the environment. Whether for a meeting with clients, the celebration of different events or a work session, the sound system adapts to the needs of each moment, allowing for seamless conversation or a relaxing musical experience.

The result of this project is an example of our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, which is reflected in each stage of the work process, from planning and design to implementation and after-sales service. Maintaining fluid and transparent communication was key to ensuring an optimal process and a result that exceeded the most demanding needs and expectations.
