Pure Living Properties Offices

Pure Living Properties is located on the Golden Mile, inside the Hotel Puente Romano. A privileged enclave being ideal for its activity, focused on luxury housing. Illusion has had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Pure Living team and the INHABIT Studio for the development and execution of the lighting, audio-video and control project that has recently been undertaken at its headquarters.

For the design of architectural and technical lighting, products from the Delta Light brand, a leading Belgian company in the sector have been used. On the desks, some profiles are suspended that evenly bathe the space, generating high-quality lighting, with a high colour rendering index, and a warm and comfortable lighting temperature.

The perimeter is surrounded by a magnetic grid system that allows you to exchange the position of the light modules, and easily add or remove elements, becoming a tremendously flexible and adaptable solution over time. Surrounding the coverings used on the walls, there are adjustable spotlights focused on the details with the aim of enhancing and adding value to the design, while the LED modules integrated into the profile achieve general lighting that fills the entire space with light.

From the elegant Lutron Palladiom keypads it is possible to operate the different scenes that have been created for this project. With names as intuitive and original as ‘Let’s talk’ or ‘Let’s work’, the scenes have been adapted to all the daily situations that occur in these offices, satisfying the needs of the users and facilitating their day-to-day life.

For example, when starting a meeting with clients, the lighting will reach a suitable level, focusing on indirect light to create a cozy atmosphere. The music, emitted by the discreet Sonance brand speakers, will be lowered to a volume that allows conversation, and the temperature will adapt to the desired level to ensure comfort.
