Step into the world of Villa Elite, an extraordinary villa nestled in the prestigious El Paraíso district. Our team has worked in coordination with the developer and the architecture studio to create this home that combines elegance, comfort and cutting-edge technology to offer the best experience.

One of the most notable aspects is the lighting design, where we sought to create an environment that captivated the senses, using direct and indirect lighting. In the main areas, some special pieces with golden touches have been included to complement the interior design. Particularly worth highlighting is the spectacular hanging lamp designed by the Illusion team especially for the triple height of Villa Elite, using the Bella model from the Italian lighting brand Panzeri. This impressive, custom-designed, gold-finished composition made up of 30 pieces suspended at different heights gives the space a touch of sophistication and personality.

The main dressing room has a novel lighting solution thanks to the smart window system from the Italian firm Coelux. With an optical lighting system based on nanotechnology, it artificially reproduces the natural light of the sky , including the appearance of the sun. The simulation is so real that it provides many of the benefits of sunlight in terms of well-being, concentration and eye comfort, achieving new and unexplored opportunities for interior architecture. In addition to achieving a greater feeling of spaciousness in a room that does not have natural light, its elegant design integrates perfectly into any environment, complementing the aesthetics of the home.

To guarantee intuitive control of all installations, the Lutron control system has been integrated, which allows the creation of personalized scenes that are easily activated from the Palladiom keypads . Users can adjust the lighting to their individual preferences and schedule it to suit different times of day and specific activities. This solution not only improves comfort, but also contributes significantly to a more efficient and sustainable lifestyle .

Having unique elements that enhance visual appeal was a key part of this project. An example of this is the design of personalized retro-lit signs with the name and number of the home, adding an exclusive and distinctive touch.

At Villa Elite you can also enjoy an exceptional cinema experience. The Illusion team has been in charge of the comprehensive design of the cinema room, from the decoration to the installation of the audio and video system. Adapted to the client’s preferences, the gray and black tones with touches of burgundy along with the warmth of the wood have come together harmoniously to create an enveloping and welcoming atmosphere. With an area of comfortable seats and motorized chaise longue chairs from Moovia, as well as a bar area for the most relaxed environments, everything is ready for relaxation and enjoyment of the comfort of home cinema. For its part, the lighting has been carefully integrated into the distinctive relief wallpaper with geometric motifs and into the ceiling, creating a unique atmosphere with a beautiful starry night effect . Delta light’s designer pendant lamps perfectly complement the front aesthetics of the room.

To optimize the use of space in the master bedroom, a Future Automation ceiling lift solution has been installed for the television. With the freedom to hide it when not in use, it creates a clean, minimalist environment, which blends seamlessly into any décor and allows you to experience the comfort and luxury of hassle-free entertaining.

To control natural light, Lutron’s Alena QS track system has been installed in the master bedroom. The curved electric curtain system allows you to maximize comfort when sleeping and enjoy a perfect rest experience.
