Spectacular villa located five minutes from the center of Marbella, the result of a project developed by the JRW Arquitectos studio, with the aim of integrating the home with the environment through the use of noble and natural materials.
Illusion has created a lighting concept working side by side with the architecture studio, in order to generate a proposal that supports its discourse of integration in the environment.
The indirect lighting present in this project plays a very important role in generating pleasant and welcoming environments, with a high level of visual comfort. Meanwhile, the direct lighting that has been projected, from the Delta Light brand, serves as support in areas where a higher level of lighting is necessary.
Decorative Vibia garlands have been installed on the outdoor terrace, offering a comfortable and soft lighting effect.
The speakers present in the house are from the Sonance brand. The selected model integrates perfectly with the architecture, giving prominence to its incredible sound quality.
Home systems can be controlled very intuitively, thanks to elegant Lutron Palladiom keypads. From the intuitive backlit buttons, it is possible to activate the lighting scenes as well as the rest of the audio installations and motorized curtains. In this way we greatly facilitate the day-to-day life of users.
The climate system is easily regulated thanks to the refined Lutron thermostats that have been installed in the main areas of the house. Airzone thermostats have been designed in the secondary zones, and thanks to its technology that can be fully integrated with the Lutron system, we avoid the use of different applications and simplify home control.
