Villa in Marbella East

Illusion has had the opportunity to work closely with the Architect Alberto Rodríguez and the Building Company Naxfor, with the aim of creating a project that integrates lighting, home automation and audio-video for this villa located in an urbanization in Marbella.

The lighting project that we have developed is characterized by the use of warm and indirect light, in order to achieve a comfortable and welcoming environment, capable of adapting to the different needs that users may have. For this, we have used top quality brands, such as Delta Light.

For the control of the various facilities, we have relied on the Lutron system. The flexible wireless keypads of the Lutron Pico family allow us to create a control system adaptable to the present and future needs of the homeowner, with the possibility of removing or adding elements without any kind of work or wiring required.

The temperature can be regulated very easily, thanks to the Airzone brand thermostats, whose technology can be fully integrated into the Lutron control system, and their different finish options blend perfectly with the home’s keypads.

The main areas are equipped with a Sonos brand audio system, along with discreet Sonance speakers, which blend into the architecture while achieving exceptional sound quality that will satisfy even the most demanding ears.
