A property located in the El Paraiso urbanization, in Benahavis. Reformed and technologically modernised, the house was fitted with audio-video and lighting control mechanisms.
Thanks to the Lutron lighting control system, we can create different scenes to fit the mood of each area of the house and make the light adjust to the client’s individual needs. The majority of the luminaires used in the project are from the Belgian brand Deltalight, one of the most prestigious worldwide. The house has also been fitted with ultra-silent motorised blinds from Lutron Sivoia QS. All these systems mentioned can be controlled through the pushbutton panel or through an intuitive, user friendly, Ipad/Iphone app.
