Villa Celeste

Splendid villa located in a recently built urbanization in Nueva Andalucía, whose project has been undertaken by the Gonzalez&Jacobson Architecture Studio and executed by the construction company B.Solís. The owner of the house, with the aim of personalizing the spaces and adapting them to his style, has relied on the interior design studio of J.A Flores, whose intervention has given the spaces a warm and elegant character.

Illusion has brought his knowledge of architectural lighting and control to design and execute an automation concept that allows to get the most out of the rooms, in an intuitive, discreet and stylish way.

Lutron Palladiom keypads and thermostats have been carefully selected in collaboration with the interior design studio, so that their finishes blend in with the decoration of each room. From the backlit keypds, it is possible to activate the lighting scenes as well as the rest of the installations. In the bathrooms, corridors and stairs we have installed sensors that will be in charge of detecting movement to gradually activate the desired lighting scene.

As for lighting, the use of Delta Light‘s M20 magnetic profiles stands out. Thanks to this versatile system that allows a wide variety of light sources, a dramatic effect has been achieved, full of chiaroscuro, in passageways or dedicated to relaxation, and a more uniform and practical lighting in the dressing rooms.

Another highlight of the house is the impressive audio-video system it has. The music accompanies you throughout the entire villa, with the refined Celestial speakers by Bang&Olufsen, on the ceilings of the main areas, the Sonance solutions for the other rooms, or the AM1 by Bower&Wilkins outside. But the great jewel in the crown can be found in the TV room in the basement, where a Beo Harmony screen, accompanied by a complete Bang&Olufsen audio system, provides an immersive and captivating experience, hand in hand with attractive solutions, whose finishes and forms are part of the decoration.
