VILLAS LOS ÁNGELES

We are pleased to present the two Los Ángeles villas, of contemporary design, located on the coast of Marbella. These residences are the result of the close collaboration between the team at the Carlos Lamas architecture studio and the Pedro Peña interior design studio, uniting luxury and elegance in an exceptional coastal environment. 

With a style that highlights elegant lines and top-quality finishes, these villas integrate naturally and harmoniously with the environment. The warm finishes, wooden panels and furniture in natural tones provide an ideal environment for rest and tranquility of its residents. 

For Illusion, it has been an honor to participate in this design by providing a lighting project where we have sought to carefully highlight the architecture, both in the interior and exterior spaces, with a functional combination of direct and indirect light. Furthermore, through the Lutron control system and its Palladiom keypads, precise control of all technological elements is achieved, increasing the level of comfort of these exclusive residences. 

The interior spaces are designed with various models of recessed ceiling luminaires, and indirect lighting, creating a peaceful and distinguished atmosphere. The proposal has been enriched thanks to the luminaires of the prestigious Delta Light brand, recognized for its quality and innovation in design. 

It’s worth highlighting the curved chimneys and cove lighting in these homes, designed by Pedro Peña’s interior design team with the collaboration of Illusion’s team, responsible for defining the technical details of lighting and its installation. On the other hand, the captivating paintings whose lighting is part of the work of art, integrated with the Lutron system, offer an intuitive way to control the intensity of the lighting with keypads or through the application. 

For the terraces on the ground floors, we have opted for a style of focused light in the main areas. The entire perimeter of the residence is illuminated with descending accent wall sconces, generating an atmosphere that is both warm and majestic. 

The garden lighting creates a cozy atmosphere that invites you to enjoy the outdoors. Unique circular beams of light are created on the ground, causing a striking effect. In addition, the vehicle access lighting elegantly marks the path of the vehicle to the main entrance of the home. 

The villas are equipped with an Airzone climate control system, divided by zones for efficient and personalized management. The aesthetic thermostats of the Airzone brand allow you to control the underfloor heating and the air conditioning system through a single element. 

In the basement, the users of the home will be able to enjoy an impressive multipurpose room, equipped with the immersive sound of the Sonance brand. Invisible speakers are a choice that fills the space with music that seems to come out of nowhere, without causing any visual impact. The delicate installation by the Illusion team makes them completely hidden and can be embedded in the walls or ceiling. 

The selected Samsung display promises a superior visual experience where even the smallest details are appreciated. Its advanced technology immerses the viewer in a superior cinematic experience by offering a wide range of contrast. 

To control natural light, Illusion integrated the rollers supplied by Pedro Peña’s team into the Lutron system, offering the possibility of controlling them through its button panels. 

At the entrances to the homes, we find a sophisticated system of access control of 2N brand.The user will be able to receive and respond to notifications on their phone every time someone calls through the video intercom. 

In summary, we feel deep satisfaction in presenting the Los Ángeles villas, where every detail has been carefully designed to offer an incomparable experience by the sea in Marbella.
