Stunning luxury villa in La Zagaleta
This magnificent villa is located in one of the most exclusive urbanizations in Europe. Located in the heart of one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa del Sol and just a few kilometers from Marbella, this magnificent country estate of almost 900 hectares, sits in the foothills of the Serrania de Ronda and enjoys spectacular views, Mediterranean Sea, the Strait of Gibraltar and its splendid golf course, which is surrounded by lush native fauna and flora

The resort offers a high level of security, privacy and numerous facilities, which are exclusively for the residents, partners, and guests becoming a quiet area with great amenities and an unbeatable location.

This house at first was a house of traditional style, but after carrying out the remodeling works, it turned into an elegant contemporary style of straight lines, with black roof tiles that contrast with the white color that predominates throughout the house.

In this project we have used mainly lamps by the Belgian brand DeltaLight, creating warm and comfortable atmospheres. Inside the house we used indirect lighting solutions with linear LED lamps and hidden alcoves. With recessed ceiling fixtures that contain hidden light sources we get greater

visual comfort. The most representative walls and ceilings of the house have been accentuated with on-wall lights. As a novelty solution we have used embedded LED profiles with which we have solved the lighting of working areas like the kitchen or the dressing room where it is advised to have a high level of lux.

In the outdoor it is interesting to comment the beach shaped pool illuminated by a submersible LED linear system adaptable to curved surfaces. The most important trees are highlighted by spotlights and small beacons installed alternately along the driveway give a magic touch to the entrance area and garden. On-wall up/down luminaires highlight the most important facades of the house.

Thanks to the lighting control system, Lutron HomeWorks QS, we can easily create different scenes indoors and outdoors, depending in the area, either by push button or by touch or mobile devices. These scenes are based on customer needs and it is possible to do it remotely.

The Crestron system that has been designed especially for this house is ready to manage and automate both the Lutron lighting control system and blinds, curtains, air conditioning, and alarm. It is such a complete system created by customized interfaces that it can control the water temperature of the indoor pool, the jet for swimming against the current and the expulsion of bubbles. Thanks to the waterproof control device that can be used inside the pool itself, it controls the projection system with a movie screen located in the spa area.

Ultimately this conventional house has been transformed into a functional and technologically equipped house to be enjoyed in all its dimensions.
