Illusion’s design team work on the development of projects that seek to improve comfort, create emotions and provide solutions to the needs of our clients’ daily lives, combining comfort, aesthetics, technology and functionality.
The department is made up of people with different profiles and extensive experience. Ranging from interior design to the development of technical and automation projects, the goal is to generate proposals that improve the user experience through control interfaces, lighting and audio-video playback systems.
In the first phase of every project, the members of this team participate in the analysis of the needs, preferences and expectations of the clients, and in the creation of proposals that adapt to them. They are in charge of finding personalized solutions for each situation, as well as generating the necessary documentation, plans, budgets and presentations.
Once the project is approved, the department works together with the project managers, providing new solutions to the changes that occur throughout the development of the work and updating the technical documentation, in order to inform customers and all involved parties of any variation in the initial project.
